7.4/10

I had mixed feelings during my stay. The hotel's location is unbeatable, with Pavilion Mall and KLCC just a short walk away. However, the service left a lot to be desired, especially at the front desk, where I encountered some confusion regarding my check-in and welcome drink. The room was comfortable and clean, but there were some hiccups that kept my experience from being perfect.

Rooms
6.0
The room was comfortable and mostly clean, although there were issues like slow wifi and minimal attention to detail in housekeeping. I received a replacement room quickly, which was a plus.
Service
5.0
Service was inconsistent. While some staff members were friendly and helpful, the front desk struggled with training and communication, which detracted from the experience.
Location
10.0
The hotel's location is superb, nestled between Pavilion and KLCC, making it easy to explore the best of the city.
Dining
7.0
The dining options offered a mixed buffet with good variety, but I felt there could be more choices to enhance the dining experience.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel offered decent facilities, including a gym and pool that were not crowded, providing a nice escape after a day of sightseeing.

6.4/10

My stay at Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre had its ups and downs. The location was absolutely perfect for shopping and exploring the city, but the room left a lot to be desired with its cleanliness and maintenance issues. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made a difference, but the slow check-in and inconsistent housekeeping were a bit frustrating.

Rooms
6.0
The room was spacious, but unfortunately, it wasn't thoroughly cleaned. I found remnants of food under furniture, and some fixtures were outdated. The air conditioning didn't cool effectively, and I had issues with no hot water and missing bathroom hooks. Overall, it's in need of a renovation.
Service
7.0
The staff were polite and very helpful. They assisted me when I accidentally left my phone behind and even decorated the room for a special occasion. However, the slow check-in and delays in delivering requested items were disappointing.
Location
10.0
The hotel's location is unbeatable! It's only a two-minute walk to The Pavilion and close to lots of restaurants and shopping options. Perfect for anyone who loves to shop or explore the city on foot.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast was decent with a mix of local and international dishes, though I wish there were more local treats included. The dining area was nice, but I found the food selection could've been more varied.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities included a clean pool and gym, though I couldn't connect to the free Wi-Fi effectively. Some amenities like an electric kettle and fridge were present. Parking was available but not free.

6.2/10

My stay at Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, but the breakfast left much to be desired. The location was fantastic, right by key attractions and shops, which I loved. However, there were some cleanliness issues that marred my experience overall.

Rooms
8.0
The room was comfortable with good amenities like tea and coffee facilities, TV channels in multiple languages, and well-functioning WiFi. Despite a few issues, such as the shower door not being properly secured, I found it met my expectations.
Service
7.0
The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, addressing my questions and complaints with professionalism. However, I did notice a few inconsistencies in service, particularly with room cleaning and assistance.
Location
9.0
Located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, the hotel is directly opposite Pavilion and within walking distance of various attractions, which made my stay very convenient. The access to public transport was a major plus too.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast options were disappointing. The selection was limited, and the quality — like cold fried eggs — did not match my expectations for a Novotel. I wish it had been more like my previous experiences at other Novotels.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities like the swimming pool and gym were peaceful and relaxing, which enhanced my overall experience. However, the cleanliness could use improvement, as I encountered some issues during my stay.

5.0/10

My stay at Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, being so close to Pavilion and KLCC, making shopping and sightseeing a breeze. However, the condition of the room left much to be desired, with some personal touches missing and an overall tired appearance. While the staff were mostly friendly and accommodating, there were moments that could have been better managed, particularly at check-in.

Rooms
6.0
The room was of a reasonable size, but it felt tired with issues like noisy fridges and stained carpets. The bathroom definitely needs an upgrade, and I found the tub rather unappealing.
Service
5.0
The service had its highlights, with friendly staff assisting when needed. However, my check-in experience was marred by a rude encounter that left a sour taste.
Location
10.0
The location is excellent, just a five-minute walk to Pavilion and ten to KLCC, making it perfect for shopping and exploration.
Dining
6.0
Dining options were decent with a mix of European choices. However, the busy atmosphere sometimes led to a lack of attention from staff, and the variety felt limited.
Facilities
7.0
Facilities like room service and housekeeping were standard, and the amenities were pleasant, but they could be improved with more attention to cleanliness.

6.8/10

My stay at Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre was a mixed bag. The location was perfect for shopping, just a short stroll from Pavilion KL, but the service was often lackluster and I faced some issues with cleanliness and amenities in my room. However, the staff were friendly and the dining options were decent, although they could use some variety.

Rooms
6.0
I stayed in a Deluxe King Room on the 28th floor, which offered a nice view of the city. The room looked newly refurbished, but I noticed some cleanliness issues, like rotten wood in the corners and foul smells from the air vents. Overall, it was cozy but had its flaws.
Service
6.0
Service was a bit hit or miss. At times, staff could be friendly, especially during breakfast, but check-in was slow, and I experienced some rudeness. My requests took longer to fulfill, which was frustrating.
Location
8.0
The location is a major perk. It's right behind Pavilion KL, making it super easy to access all the malls and dining options in the Bukit Bintang area. I appreciated the convenience of being able to walk to KLCC as well.
Dining
6.0
Dining was just okay. Breakfast selection was decent, but there wasn't much variation. The chicken served was overcooked, which was disappointing. However, I did enjoy the lamb from room service, but it wasn’t worth the price.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel offers basic facilities like room service, dry cleaning, and laundry. However, I was annoyed that the business center was under construction, which made it difficult to work during my stay.
